No, I don’t. I am not in network with any insurance company.

No, I am 100% telehealth and remote.

Because I keep my caseload small on purpose, I typically have some availability within 1-2 weeks, sometimes sooner. When you contact me using the contact form below, I will respond within 48 business hours with my current availability.

As a general rule, I am available 10am-5pm on Monday and 10am-1pm on Tuesday and Wednesday.

I do not see therapy clients after in the evenings or on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays, except in unique and rare circumstances (ie: if we schedule you for a therapy intensive).

If you need a therapist who is consistently available in the evenings or on the weekends, I am not a good fit for you.

I am located in Oregon. I conduct all my therapy sessions virtually.
