What states do you serve?

I provide online therapy to adults throughout Oregon and Washington State. I'm licensed as an LPC in Oregon (License #C3022) and as an LMHC in Washington (License #MHC.LH.61685622).

What makes your therapy approach different?

Therapy with me goes deeper than talking. I use art therapy and somatic approaches because anxiety and grief aren't stored in the logical part of your brain—they're held in your nervous system, body, and parts of your psyche that words alone can't reach.

Is therapy conducted online or in-person?

Services are conducted 100% online via secure telehealth. You can access specialized support for anxiety, grief, and trauma from wherever you feel most comfortable and safe, without the barriers of travel, weather, or scheduling constraints.

What types of therapy do you offer?

I offer four specialized services: Therapy for High-Functioning Anxiety (for high-achievers exhausted from people-pleasing), Grief Counseling (for sudden and unexpected loss), Art Therapy (when words aren't enough), and Somatic Therapy (to help your nervous system feel safe).

How do I start working with you?

Click the contact button to send me a message and request an intake appointment. I will respond within 48 business hours with available days and times to meet.

$250 for a 55-minute session, $375 for 90-minute intensive sessions. I don't accept insurance directly but can provide Superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
